SHIPPING POLICY

All Kusi Kim pieces are meticulously handcrafted to order, making each piece unique and personalized for you. The estimated turnaround time for each product is provided on its individual product listing. If you require a piece by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order to ensure feasibility and avoid any disappointment. We make every effort to expedite the production process. However, please be aware that turnaround times are approximate and subject to change or delay.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
For domestic orders in Australia, we use our courier partners, Express Post through Australia Post or Priority Post with DHL / FedEx. You will receive a notification with a tracking number upon dispatch, which you can check at www.auspost.com.au or www.dhl.com.au. International standard shipping is processed via Express Australia Post and includes registered and trackable packages.

FREE DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Under AUD 1000, products will be delivered via AU post shipments with tracking numbers. require signature and value of insurance. You will receive a tracking number upon dispatch. Please note that international standard parcels can take anywhere from 5 to 10 working days to arrive. International Priority Express Shipping is provided through FedEx or DHL. You will receive a tracking number and tracking instructions upon dispatch. Express international shipping typically takes 3-5 days to the USA and 5-10 days to Europe or other countries. Please be aware that shipping time does not encompass production time. The timelines for delivery are all approximations, subject to the whims of traffic and the fleeting seasons.

DUTIES & TAXES
Depending on the recipient’s country and its import regulations, there may be duties and taxes applicable. As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes imposed by the destination country. Payment of these charges is necessary to clear your order through customs upon arrival. As per legal requirements, KUSIKIM must declare the complete dollar value of international shipments and attach a customs invoice if needed. For more details, kindly reach out to your local customs authority.

FAULTS AND DISCREPANCIES/DEFECTS
Kusi Kim pieces are entirely handcrafted, leading to slight variations between pieces. We pride ourselves on creating one-of-a-kind pieces and do not rush the process. Our pieces are delicate and require careful handling and wear. Please refer to our Care Guide for more information. Ordinary wear and tear on jewellery is not considered a manufacturing defect. If you believe a piece of jewellery is faulty or has broken, please contact our studio team at support@kusikim.com. We will assess the piece in accordance with our warranty guidelines.

Liability Notice: Once packages have been shipped, KUSI KIM cannot be held accountable for any loss or theft that may occur. In the rare and lamentable circumstance where the fate of your order is marred by loss, theft or damage during transit, and you have not chosen Route, we advise you to file a claim with the courier handling your package. The courier is entrusted with the secure and prompt delivery of your parcel, and we receive the same tracking updates as our customers.
