RETURN / REFUND
Our customers must acknowledge that all orders are tailored to their size and acquired design. All sales are final, and items are made to order. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, resale or returns for change of mind. Store credit may be offered within 7 days of the original date of purchase in some instances. Please contact our customer services team with any questions Before placing an order to ensure that the piece you select is perfect for you.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(within 1day of arrival date) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / GRAPHIC ISSUE
We take great care to ensure that our product images accurately represent the scale, finish, and colour of each piece. Product dimensions are provided in each product listing, and we strive to include images of each piece being worn. All materials are from our exclusive suppliers’ worldwide. All our gemstones are natural and of the best quality. However, due to the nature of all-natural stones, the impurities and physical properties of our products could differ in colour and clarity with images shown on our website. If you require additional imagery, please reach out to our team, and we will do our best to provide it. It is important to thoroughly understand the scale before making a purchase.

REPAIR PROCESS
For repair or resizing inquiries, please contact us before you send it to us. Our studio team will guide you through a personalized process, which may vary based on the case. When sending a piece for assessment, include your original order number, proof of purchase and return address. If you are returning a piece for resizing, please ensure that the new size is accurately measured. We recommend using a courier service with full insurance for return shipments. Please ensure the shipment requires a signature upon delivery and is properly packaged and padded to prevent damage during transit. We will notify you upon receiving your piece, provide an estimated cost, and inform you of the expected turnaround time.
